Sound Bath Sessions & Performances at Planet Ishigaki
☯ Regarding Performance Requests for Retreats and Events ☯
Planet石垣島では、不定期ですが新月、満月、暦の二十四節氣に合わせて音浴会を開催しています。
その他に、プライベート音浴や、出張音浴も承っております。ご家族やお仲間で特別な節目を迎えられる時など、「お問い合わせ」からリクエストくださいませ。会場のセッティング等、打ち合わせ込みで下記の料金で承っております。
At Planet Ishigaki, we host sound bath sessions on a periodic basis, aligned with the New Moon, Full Moon, and the traditional Japanese seasonal calendar of the 24 Solar Terms (Nijūshi Sekki).
In addition to these gatherings, we offer private sound bath sessions and off-site sound bath experiences tailored to retreats, special occasions, and private groups.
For family gatherings, group retreats, or meaningful milestones, please contact us via the Inquiry page to discuss your request.
All sessions include prior consultation and venue setup. Pricing is as follows:

３名まで ：15,000円
４〜５名 ：20,000円
６〜８名 ：25,000円
９〜１１名：30,000円
Off-site Sound Bath Sessions on Ishigaki Island
(Acoustic performance without amplification / Approx. 90 minutes total)

また、数十名単位でのパーティーやイベントでの演奏依頼（PA機材セッティング込み）についても、対応可能です。

We have been receiving an increasing number of requests from retreat organizers for sound bath sessions.
To ensure the best possible experience, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the concept, venue, and details of each retreat or event in advance.
Please feel free to contact us for an initial consultation.
Before participating in a sound bath, kindly review the following important notes:
⭐️音浴会へご参加の方へ
🧘♀️約１時間、静かに横になれる様、ヨガマット、上掛けなどは各自でご持参下さい。
🍙 食事の後は2時間以上あけてからご参加下さるご予定にしていただくと心身への音の通りが良くなります。
🍺飲酒されてからのご参加はご遠慮ください。
💧音浴前と終了後にには水分（お水か白湯がベター）を十分に摂っていただけるようにご持参下さるのをお勧めいたします。
⭐️ For Sound Bath Participants
🧘♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or shawl so you can lie down comfortably and quietly for approximately one hour.
🍙 We recommend allowing at least two hours after eating before participating, as this helps the sound resonate more deeply through both body and mind.
🍺 Please refrain from participating after consuming alcohol.
💧 We recommend bringing sufficient water (preferably plain water or warm water) and staying well hydrated both before and after the session.
⚠️キャンセルポリシーについて
2ヶ月以上前からの演奏依頼に関して、個人的な事情でやむを得ずキャンセルになった場合はその時点でご連絡をください。事務手数料としてのキャンセルポリシーは以下の通りです。

45日前まで→キャンセル料無し
44~30日前まで→ キャンセル料 出演料の３分の１
29〜15日前まで→ キャンセル料 出演料の半額
14〜当日まで→ キャンセル料 出演料の３分の2
なお、天災やその他公的事情によるキャンセルは、キャンセルポリシーの内に入りません。
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
For performance requests made two months or more in advance, if cancellation becomes unavoidable due to personal circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees apply as an administrative handling policy:

Up to 45 days prior: No cancellation fee

44–30 days prior: One-third of the performance fee

29–15 days prior: Half of the performance fee

14 days prior to the event date (including the day of the event): Two-thirds of the performance fee
Please note that cancellations due to natural disasters or other unavoidable public circumstances are not subject to this cancellation policy.
唄と三線
八重山の島唄を唄い始めてかれこれ30年近くになりますが、自然や暮らしに寄り添うように生まれた多くの唄に未だ魅了され続けています。
そして先人や自然から学ぶことは今も数知れません。
島唄は単に伝統音楽としてだけではなく
現在も島の全ての生業の一部として、島の生きた風景であり、生きる力をもらうための島民の大切な宝物でもあります。
そんな愛すべき島唄の数々を、わたし自身も未熟ながらも島の風景と会話するように大切に唄わせてもらって来ました。
2020年にはレーベルUnknown Silenceより、島唄を主体としたCDアルバム「果報ぬ島」もリリースさせていただきました。（CDアルバム「果報ぬ島」のページ）
「島ないちゃー」ならではの感性で、唄ができた背景や島言葉（スマムニ）の解説も交えながらの島唄ライブは、リゾートホテルでのステージの他、結婚式や身内だけでのプライベートなパーティーまで、島唄の持つ深みのある魅力と豊かさを演奏を通して感じてもらえるライブを心がけています。
