Singing Ring® – a Japanese Sound Instrument
The Singing Ring® is a sound instrument originating in Japan that produces, with a single strike, a full spectrum of overtones covering all measurable frequencies—from low to high.
The extraordinary frequencies of these overtones have been scientifically proven through experimental data to help release the brain from stress and guide it into a state of deep relaxation in just a few minutes.
Each Singing Ring® is crafted with exceptional precision by master artisans of traditional Japanese craftsmanship, ensuring that its frequencies are perfectly tuned. When one Singing Ring® is played, other nearby Singing Rings® resonate in sympathy—much like tuning forks—causing their overtones to sound together. This phenomenon, known as sound resonance, creates a rich, layered, and mystical sound space.

シンギング・リン®を身体に当てながら全身に倍音を隈なく響かせ５つのリンで全身を音のドームで包む
音響によるリラクゼーションです。
シンギング・リン®の倍音は、骨伝導で全身の細胞に響きます。
お疲れの箇所には癒しを、眠っている箇所には活力を。
「全倍音」によりそれぞれがお持ちの潜在的な能力を

20分ほどの問診の後に、体質、体調に応じてその方に一番適したセッションをさせていただきます。
セッション時間は約60分ほどですが、カウンセリングやセッション後の無音のリラックスタイム、振り返りも含めて全体で120分ほどになります。
ご家族、パートナー、お友達とのペアセッションも承っております。お一人が施術中、お隣の施術ベッドで音浴が可能です。

Session Flow
After an approximately 20-minute consultation, the session is customized to best suit each individual’s constitution and physical condition.
The sound session itself lasts about 60 minutes. Including the consultation, a silent relaxation period after the session, and time for reflection, the total duration is approximately 120 minutes.
Pair sessions are also available for family members, partners, or friends.
While one person is receiving the session, the other can enjoy a sound bath on a nearby treatment bed.
This is a sound-based relaxation session in which the Singing Ring® is gently placed on the body, allowing overtones to resonate throughout the entire body. Five Singing Rings® are used to envelop the whole body in a dome of sound.
The overtones of the Singing Ring® travel through the body via bone conduction, resonating with cells throughout the entire system.

This session is a shortened version of the standard full session, designed for those who would like to experience the Singing Ring® for the first time.

「チャクラ」とはサンスクリット語で「車輪」という意味で、
身体的、心理的な「氣」の出入りする場所と言われています。
シンギング・リン®によるチャクラヒーリングでは、8つのチャクラに
リンを響かせながら、施術者の声の誘導に沿ってご自身の声と共に感情と氣の滞りをリリースしていきます。
また、このセッションは声の調律も兼ねており、声を出すことへの抵抗や声に関するコンプレックスをお持ちの方、ご自身の声をより心地よく響かせたい方へもお勧めのコースとなっております。

In traditional Eastern medicine, the navel is considered a gateway through which stagnant or unwanted energy can be released.
By opening and relaxing this area, it is believed that accumulated tension and energy within the internal organs can be gently discharged from the body.
The intestines are often referred to as the “second brain.”
By resonating the Singing Ring® around the navel and lower abdomen, this session supports healthy energy flow throughout the entire body.

その他に、プライベート音浴や、出張音浴も承っております。ご家族やお仲間で特別な節目を迎えられる時など、「お問い合わせ」からリクエストくださいませ。会場のセッティング等、打ち合わせ込みで下記の料金で承っております。
At Planet Ishigaki, we host sound bath sessions on a periodic basis, aligned with the New Moon, Full Moon, and the traditional Japanese seasonal calendar of the 24 Solar Terms (Nijūshi Sekki).
In addition to these gatherings, we offer private sound bath sessions and off-site sound bath experiences tailored to retreats, special occasions, and private groups.
For family gatherings, group retreats, or meaningful milestones, please contact us via the Inquiry page to discuss your request.

To ensure the best possible experience, we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the concept, venue, and details of each retreat or event in advance.

Before participating in a sound bath, kindly review the following important notes:
⭐️音浴会へご参加の方へ
🧘♀️約１時間、静かに横になれる様、ヨガマット、上掛けなどは各自でご持参下さい。
🍙 食事の後は2時間以上あけてからご参加下さるご予定にしていただくと心身への音の通りが良くなります。
🍺飲酒されてからのご参加はご遠慮ください。
💧音浴前と終了後にには水分（お水か白湯がベター）を十分に摂っていただけるようにご持参下さるのをお勧めいたします。
⭐️ For Sound Bath Participants
🧘♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, or shawl so you can lie down comfortably and quietly for approximately one hour.
🍙 We recommend allowing at least two hours after eating before participating, as this helps the sound resonate more deeply through both body and mind.
🍺 Please refrain from participating after consuming alcohol.
💧 We recommend bringing sufficient water (preferably plain water or warm water) and staying well hydrated both before and after the session.
⚠️キャンセルポリシーについて
2ヶ月以上前からの演奏依頼に関して、個人的な事情でやむを得ずキャンセルになった場合はその時点でご連絡をください。事務手数料としてのキャンセルポリシーは以下の通りです。

For performance requests made two months or more in advance, if cancellation becomes unavoidable due to personal circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees apply as an administrative handling policy:

唄と三線
八重山の島唄を唄い始めてかれこれ20年以上になりますが、自然や暮らしに寄り添うように生まれた多くの唄に未だ魅了され続けています。
そして先人や自然から学ぶことは今も数知れません。
島唄は単に伝統音楽としてだけではなく
現在も島の全ての生業の一部として、島の生きた風景であり、生きる力をもらうための島民の大切な宝物でもあります。
そんな愛すべき島唄の数々を、わたし自身も未熟ながらも島の風景と会話するように大切に唄わせてもらって来ました。
2020年にはレーベルUnknown Silenceより、島唄を主体としたCDアルバム「果報ぬ島」もリリースさせていただきました。（CDアルバム「果報ぬ島」のページ）
「島ないちゃー」ならではの感性で、唄ができた背景や島言葉（スマムニ）の解説も交えながらの島唄ライブは、リゾートホテルでのステージの他、結婚式や身内だけでのプライベートなパーティーまで、島唄の持つ深みのある魅力と豊かさを演奏を通して感じてもらえるライブを心がけています。
